A scientist and entrepreneur. Filip acquired 15+ years of research experience, both in Poland and the USA, and over 10 years of experience in building start-ups. He received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Wroclaw in the Department of Protein Engineering. Next, he trained at the Institute of Molecular Medicine at Health Science Center in Houston, USA, in the laboratory of Nobel Prize laureate Professor Ferid Murad, where he investigated signaling proteins related to cardiovascular diseases. He obtained his executive MBA diploma at the Polish-American School of Business. Filip has broad experience in biotechnology-related businesses and is involved in many R&D projects associated with the development of new drugs and medical devices.

Sławomir Wójcik graduated in 2012 from the Interfaculty Individual Studies in Mathematics and Natural Sciences Program at the University of Warsaw. He subsequently earned a Ph.D. in Biophysical Chemistry from Yale University in 2018.
His research focused primarily on protein misfolding and aggregation, as well as the formation of amyloid structures. He is a co-author of 11 peer-reviewed scientific publications on proteins associated with diabetes and neurodegenerative diseases, as well as model systems such as polyglutamic acid.
From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising domestic and international clients on both strategy and operations across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and chemicals sectors.
Between 2021 and 2025, he worked at Qemetica Group (formerly CIECH), where he served, among other roles, as a Member of the Management Board of Qemetica Ventures. In this capacity, he was responsible for investments in innovative technology companies in Poland and abroad. As part of this role, he also served in a supervisory capacity for the Swiss portfolio company UniSieve AG and led initiatives focused on the implementation of new technologies across the Group.
Concurrently, from 2023 to 2024, he served first on the Supervisory Board and subsequently on the Management Board of Smart Fluid S.A., a company developing advanced materials based on research initiated at the Warsaw University of Technology.
He has also served as a reviewer of grant applications for the Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission and as a judge in TechTour’s deep-tech startup review programs.
Dr. Michał Żółtowski is a transactional lawyer and Doctor of Laws (University of Warsaw). He also holds Master’s degrees in Law and Philosophy from the University of Warsaw and Université de Poitiers.
He has extensive experience advising on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, investment funds, research and development projects, international technology transfer and intellectual property transactions, legal due diligence, public aid projects, and legal support for technology companies.
He has served on the supervisory boards of numerous companies and investment funds, including Enerfund ASI S.K.A., Holo Surgical S.A., and Dystrogen Therapeutics S.A. He currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Dr. Żółtowski has advised on the establishment and operation of venture capital (VC), corporate venture capital (CVC), and private investment funds. He works professionally in Polish, English, and French.
Prof. Paweł Lewicki is a cognitive scientist, entrepreneur, and investor. From 1984 to 2009, he served as Professor of Cognitive Psychology at the University of Tulsa, where he founded the Laboratory for Unconscious Information Processing, supported by numerous research grants from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Professor Lewicki was among the first researchers to publish evidence demonstrating that advanced human expertise acquired through experience is based on multidimensional, highly interactive patterns in data that are far more complex than people can consciously articulate or communicate. This approach later became widely adopted by the corporate world as predictive data mining, in which computers derive complex patterns from Big Data that exceed human interpretative capabilities and use these patterns to generate AI-based predictions.
Dr. Lewicki founded StatSoft, a pioneer in the commercial application of data mining technologies. Under his leadership as Chief Executive Officer and principal shareholder, StatSoft grew into a global provider of advanced data mining and analytics solutions, serving organizations across all major industries. The company established offices in 30 countries and exceeded one million user accounts before being acquired by Dell in 2014.
As a cognitive scientist, Dr. Lewicki continues to develop artificial intelligence technologies that make computers increasingly intelligent. As an entrepreneur and investor, he supports companies seeking to create transformative impact by leveraging AI to advance technological progress and improve overall well-being, with a particular focus on healthcare—an industry that has traditionally been slower to adopt artificial intelligence.
He serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Dr. Krzysztof Siemionow is an orthopedic spine surgeon, entrepreneur, and medical technology innovator who has founded and co-founded numerous healthcare companies focused on improving clinical outcomes through advanced technologies.
He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and a spine surgery fellowship at Rush University Medical Center. His PhD research focused on the effects of inflammation on nerve cell function. Dr. Siemionow is also a co-founder of Global Spine Outreach, a non-profit organization dedicated to “saving children with severe spinal deformities.”
He co-founded Holo Surgical Inc., a digital surgery company that developed an AI-powered surgical guidance system currently used in clinical practice. He is also a co-founder of Inteneural Networks Inc., which applies machine learning to the diagnosis of neurodegenerative disorders. He founded Robotron Surgical Technologies LLC (acquired in 2026), a company developing advanced visualization technologies for minimally invasive neurosurgery and the creator of the SpineHawk platform. In addition, he co-founded Kardiolytics Inc., which applies artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop algorithms for the automated analysis of cardiac and vascular CT imaging.
Dr. Siemionow has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed scientific publications, conference abstracts, and book chapters in surgery and basic science. He is the inventor of 50 patents and patent applications, many of which have been successfully commercialized.
He currently serves on the boards of Medicalgorithmics S.A., Dystrogen Therapeutics Corp., Cardiobotics Inc., Dystrogen Gene Therapeutics Inc., MRIgenius.com LLC, and Labtronic Technologies Inc.
Michał Wnorowski is a capital markets expert with over 30 years of experience in investment management and corporate governance. He has successfully supported the growth of companies and institutions through strategic oversight and in-depth financial analysis.
He is a member of the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members. He currently serves as an independent member of supervisory boards and audit committees of several publicly listed companies, including PKP Cargo, Polski Holding Nieruchomości, PolTreg, Medicalgorithmics, Ailleron, HiProMine, AB, and Captor Therapeutics. Previously, he served on the supervisory boards and audit committees of numerous listed companies, including EMC Instytut Medyczny, Polwax, Tower Investments, Alumetal, Arteria, Voxel, Develia, Robyg, Enter Air, Braster, Travelplanet.pl, Elektrobudowa, Armatura Kraków, and ARM Property.
He has been active in the financial markets since 1995. Between 2012 and 2016, he served as Investment Director responsible for the Long-Term Equity Portfolio of the PZU Group, where he led the Group’s largest equity investment projects and coordinated equity investments across the organization. Prior to that, he headed the Analysis and Corporate Governance Department within the PZU Group, overseeing investment analysis, portfolio company selection, and shareholder supervision.
His expertise includes investment project management, capital market analysis, company valuation, portfolio management, and mergers and acquisitions oversight.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and the Cracow University of Economics.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Wroclaw University, majoring in Law, he is registered on the list of legal advisors of the Wroclaw Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors, a member of supervisory boards of companies operating in Lower Silesia, a representative of the State Treasury on supervisory boards of companies undergoing privatisation. He gained his professional experience as a credit specialist in Pomorski Bank Kredytowy S.A. (1993) and First Commercial Bank S.A. (1994), and then as a leasing specialist in European Leasing Fund S.A. (1995). Between 1997 and 2012, he ran a business under the name of Kancelaria Prawa Gospodarczego Mirosław Ciućman, providing legal services to business entities – natural persons and legal entities, as well as representation in court in business disputes. Between 2006 and 2012 he co-operated with TNT Consulting Sp. z o.o., an authorised advisor on the New Connect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2015 he has been cooperating with Dr. Ziembiński & Partners Sp. z o.o., a law firm based in Poznań, in the area of representing creditors and debtors in insolvency proceedings before the commercial courts. Ewelina is a graduate of biotechnology at the University of Silesia in Katowice and she defended her doctorate at the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wrocław. During her studies, she investigated the processes related to programmed cell death, in particular the participation of Bcl-2 proteins in programmed death of cancer cells and the interactions between apoptosis, necrosis, and autophagy in cells under oxidative stress. After her doctorate, she worked in pharmaceutical and medical device companies, where she was responsible for planning and implementing R&D projects, product development and clinical evaluation of medical devices. Ewelina successfully planned and coordinated the course and publication of the results of a medical experiment with the participation of patients, in which the operation of an innovative medical device for telemedicine was evaluated.
Martyna is a graduate of the Faculty of Biological Sciences at the University of Wrocław and Executive MBA studies at the Polish-American School of Business. She joined Pure Biologics in 2015. She participated in processes related to the transformation of the company, its entry into the NewConnect market and its transition to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She is responsible for the company’s bodies management and contacts with investors, while actively supporting the company’s finance area.
